7 day results - 2/3 of the way through my first 21 day challenge!

I have officially been dairy-free for one week and I feel GREAT! I am doing TurboFire for 21 days and being mindful of every bite of food I take. So far, in 7 days, I've lost 1 pound and 1.5 inches - keep in mind, I have gained muscle too!



I will continue to post updates as I continue through this 21 day challenge! Two weeks to go!
