Chickpea salad wrap

Need some lunch inspiration? This is SO good, quick and easy, and affordable to make! About 300 calories.
Half of a Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Lavash Wrap
1/2 cup Chickpeas, mashed
1 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 slices of tomato, chopped
1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped

2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into pieces

1 medium apple

Mix together mashed chickpeas, yogurt, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Place on top of lavash and wrap immediately. Serve with carrot and apple slices. Enjoy!!
