Quick, Easy & Messy Snack for L - Crackers & Preserves!

If your little one can have wheat, this is a LIFESAVER! Erewhon crackers are the only graham crackers my little guy can tolerate - they are dairy/soy/barley free!

Polaner preserves are also the ONLY safe preserves/jam/jelly L can have because pretty much all others have corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, malt, or invert sugar. These are all natural with no hidden triggers!



I just grab 2 sheets of crackers, and spread the jam over them. It's messy but he loves them! I just have to clean sticky hands and a gooey face afterwards ;)
