I LOVE sprouts on sandwiches! Just thought I'd share my lunch today - SO good!
1 slice low sodium Ezekiel bread, toasted
1/4 cup tuna
1/4 cucumber, sliced small
1/2 roma tomato, sliced small
1 slice of onion, sliced small
Pea sprouts
1/2 apple
3/4 cucumber, sliced
Mix together tuna, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Slice Ezekiel bread in half, place tuna mix on 1/2 slice, then top with pea sprouts and other 1/2 slice bread. Serve with 1/2 apple (sliced) and sliced cucumbers. Enjoy!

Gasp! I call them pea greens but, your the only other person that I know that uses them! I add them to every sandwich and all of our smoothies! yummmmm!
