A Healthier Way to Make Popcorn!

Hubby and I are in LOVE with popcorn. We have one of those stove-top popcorn makers because we like to avoid the microwave (I'll save why for another post!). The problem is that we can't use olive oil (High temperature = burn) and the cooking spray doesn't work. This usually results in an epic FAIL.

SO I decided to try this, and dang, it was GREAT!

2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup popcorn
cinnamon or other natural spices to flavor.

And it tasted so clean! I used the organic extra virgin coconut oil (melted), turned the stove on medium heat, and allowed it to heat for about 30 seconds before adding the popcorn. SO good!
